What is the requirement for renting a car from AKA Car Rental?

Our Rental & leasing is available to any individual that is between age 18 - 65 years with an official Singapore driving license.

What is the procedure for reserving a car from AKA Car Rental?

After deciding on dates and car models you are looking at. With the confirmation, partial payment will be needed to complete the reservation. Details of Full Name and NRIC number will be needed to complete the reservation entry.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking after partial payment made?

Booking of less than 7 days will not be allowed to reschedule or refund. Festive season’s bookings will not be allowed to reschedule or refund regardless of balance duration.

Will there be changes on the car model I reserved?

Unfortunately, yes. There may be a chance that it is due for maintenance or an unfortunate accident happened before your booking. We emphasize on safety of our customers therefore strictly no rent out policy on vehicle that needs immediate attention.

Can I get a refund if the particular car that i want meets an accident or due for maintenance?

AKA Car Rental will only refund in the event there is no vehicle replacement available for our valued customers. Should there be available replacement vehicle. rejection of vehicle will not be allowed. Nervertheless, AKA Car Rental will provide customers vehicle of the same category or an upgrade with no additional charges.

What is the collection and return timing of vehicles?

Collection of vehicle for Commonwealth branch is 6.30pm and return in timing will be before 6pm. Reason due to wash up and vehicle checks required before handing over to the next customer.

Collect of vehicle for Kaki Bukit branch is 7pm and return in timing will be before 6pm. Reason is that some particular model is only available at Commonwealth branch, therefore time will be needed to sent the vehicle down to Kaki Bukit.

What happens if the vehicle breaks down during my rental period?

AKA Car Rental provides 24Hrs breakdown service . We are just one phone call away.

What happens in the event damages were missed out on the vehicle after collection of vehicle?

Any other damages other than those noted down on the agreement will be charged accordingly.

AKA Car Rental hopes that customers can cooperate and give us your fullest attention during the checks of the vehicle. Customers is also fully responsible with the checks of vehicle to prevent future dispute. Your patients will be appreciated during the checks to ensure no damages are missed out.
