Collection of the car is easy, the exterior checks was also not that bad except for a few scratches on the back of the car by previous owner.

Rented a car from them over the weekend as a new driver. Car was well maintained and the drive was amazing. Overall rental experience was pleasant. Probably not the cheapest but pick up was easy, return was also fuss free. It was too far from home for me but I would recommend them to people who stay in the west.
